Your order will be dispatched within a few hours. From Monday to Friday, within the shop’s opening hours, this will in most cases be the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery times:

Netherlands, 1-2 working days

Within Europe, 2-5 working days

Rest of the world, 5-12 working days

Due to persistent traffic and staff shortages at delivery companies, there is a chance of longer delivery times.

Ordered products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. You can exchange the product for another one of the same price or receive a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs.

Please send an email to info@vuboekhandel.nl, stating the order number, the product you want to return, the product you want in exchange for the old product, and the reason for the return. If you want the purchase amount to be refunded, please state the account number to which this should be transferred.

After the return shipment has been received, you will receive your new product within the normal delivery time, or the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days on your account.
